Acriglas® Bright Aluminum Waffle Iron Metallic Acrylic Sheet

Acriglas® Bright Aluminum Waffle Iron Metallic acrylic sheet is an excellent alternative to actual anodized aluminum.  With a similar surface hardness to aluminum, acriglas metallic acrylic sheet is resistant to scratches, and fingerprints, but is also non-conductive and easily fabricated with common woodworking and plastic tools and techniques.  Laser engrave, print, decorate, heat form, glue, and assemble this product as you would any other cast acrylic sheet.

This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.

Acriglas® Metallic acrylic sheet is designed to emulate the look of Bright dipped brushed anodized aluminum, or Powder Coated Metal. Unlike metal, this versatile product is lighter in weight, does not ding, crimp, or oxidize, and does not require a substrate or edge banding. Best of all, welding, riveting, and polishing become unnecessary, saving time, money, and effort.

All sheet sizes are “nominal” to allow for cutting blade kerf.

Thickness tolerances are typically +/- 10% of the overall thickness of the sheet which is normal for cast acrylic sheet.

Pattern in photo may not be to actual scale.

Actual Color in photo is representative, but may vary due to photography, monitor, and lighting conditions.
