Weekday Orders

• Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday) excluding major holidays.
• Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will be shipped within two business days.
• Orders cannot be checked until the following business day.

Weekend Orders
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed/shipped within two business days.

Shipping Charges (within the continental U.S.)

Shipping charges will be applied at the time of checkout. For the contiguous 48 USA states, we utilize UPS Standard Ground Shipping.  For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto we utilize UPS 2^nd Day Air as Standard Ground Shipping is not available in those locations.

Package Weights & Sizes

Maximum weight per package is limited to 30lbs.  Orders exceeding 30lbs must be separated into smaller, separate purchases for shipping charges to be applied correctly at checkout.

Shipping to AFO/PO Boxes
We apologize for any inconvenience; however, we do not ship to AFO/FPO or PO Boxes.

International Shipping
At the current time, we do not ship orders internationally via our website.  If you would like to discuss an international shipment, please call Customer Service at 800-222-4680.

Shipment Tracking
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email order confirmation.  Once your order is shipped, you should receive an email directly from UPS.  You can also track the status of your order by visiting http://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking/reference?loc=en_US
You can track your order using the Reference Code field (input your order number from your email confirmation) or you can track via your tracking number.
